TICKETING INFO - 2023
The Super Billiards Expo is open to the public, so come on down and check it out! There are Amateur and Professional Events going on, as well as Exhibitors on the floorspace.
Ticketing information generally remains the same each year, but minor changes may occur as the show draws near. Please check back to see official data for 2024.
Exhibitors are required to be open 11am-8pm Thursday-Saturday, and 11am-5pm on Sunday.
The Amateur and Pro Events will extend beyond those hours.
The Practice Room is open until 3:00am with 50 cent tables. Upon the conclusion of Amateur Tournament Play for the day (approximately midnight), the Amateur Arena tables are open for free play until 3:00am as well. While the tables are open, it is first-come first-serve, we cannot guarantee availability.
All areas close at 5pm on Sunday
If you are a Player in any of our Amateur Players Championship Events or the TAP League events, your Player Badge will also serve as your Weekend Pass for the Expo.

You can purchase tickets upon arrival at the Main Box Office
DO NOT LOSE YOUR PLAYER BADGE
Your Player Badge is your ticket for entry during the entire show and will NOT be replaced, you will have to purchase a Pass or a Daily Ticket to get back in, no exceptions.
It does not matter that your name is on the Player Roster, if you lose a Player Badge, that means someone else can potentially be using it for entry, so you must buy a new Pass.

Allows access to 3:00am daily.
Exhibitors close at 8:00pm (5:00pm on Sunday). Exhibitors in Hall B may choose to remain open past 8:00pm.
Free admission for children 13 and younger.
Must be accompanied by an adult. Due to limited seating, does not include Pro Arena Access.
The Pro Arena requires an additional ticket to enter.
You will need to have an Expo Daily Ticket, Weekend Pass, or a Player Badge in addition to the Pro Arena ticket for access.
The Pro Arena is a feature of the Super Billiards Expo, you cannot come to the Expo and purchase ONLY a Pro Arena ticket for access.

Tables and Chairs, Some on Risers – Access All Areas of Arena
Seating is not reserved in the Pro Arena.
Your ticket grants you access to the arena and you can sit in whatever seat is available; there is also ample standing access for easy viewing.
Seats can not be “held” with jackets or any other sort of method.
This is to prevent someone from visiting in the morning and leaving their jacket (or drink, bag, whatever) in the seat and making it unavailable for other guests while they walk around the show.
Materials left to “hold” a seat will be removed and held at the entrance for redemption.
