EFFECTIVE APRIL 4, 2:30pm:

THE WITHDRAWAL WINDOW HAS CLOSED.

We extended it twice. No more entries will be refunded after this point. Thanks, and good luck to all!

ARE YOU MISSING A REFUND FROM A COVID CANCELLED EVENT?

If you have yet to receive your refund, the best thing to do is to call 609-652-6116 and we will assist you further.

Prior to the 2022 event, we processed several hundred refunds – and we still had several hundred refunds to process after the show. All refunds are processed manually, it is possible that some got inadvertently missed or sent to an old or incorrect address.

Simply give us a call and we will look your name up and provide further assistance.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we deal with this situation. Our registration system that has been in use for many years was not designed to handle the hundreds of refund requests that resulted from the covid policies and cancellations enforced upon us.

Rest assured we will work with you to get your situation sorted out, thanks again!

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Last day to withdraw and get a refund: March 30, 2023

3/31/2023: Last day to withdraw was extended to April 3rd at 8pm

We sent two official emails and announced this via Facebook.

Refund requests were actually accepted until 2pm on April 4th

If you need to withdraw for any of our Players Championship events, for any reason, you must let us know using this form at least 2 weeks before the start of the Expo.

We will have you removed from the event and schedule a refund of your Entry Fee. It may take up to two weeks to have your refund processed.

If it has been over 180 days since you signed up, we will be unable to reverse the charges to your card, and will have to mail you a check instead. Checks will be mailed after the close of the Super Billiards Expo.
