CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you need to withdraw for any of our Players Championship events, for any reason, simply let us know at least 24 hours before the start of your event and we will have you removed and issue a refund of your Entry Fee.
Please note, as a result of unparalleled postponements due to Covid – we have learned that we cannot reverse charges to your card after 180 days. After that point, we will have to mail you a check or send via Paypal transfer. At that point, the Credit Card Processor (the bank) keeps their processing fee, and that part of your fee cannot be refunded. Sorry, this is out of our hands. It is a very small percentage – for example, the Open Amateur is $95 by mail or $100 online. If you paid online, and the 180 day window has passed (beyond any of our control) then you will receive a refund of $95
If you need to withdraw for any of our Players Championship events, for any reason, simply let us know at least 1 week before the start of the Expo and we will have you removed and schedule a refund of your Entry Fee.
Due to the uncertainty surrounding Covid and the rescheduling attempts, all refunds will be processed within 30 days of the close of the next Super Billiards Expo.
If you have any questions regarding your refund or this policy, you can call (609)652-6116 to discuss.
If you are in the TAP League Rally in the Valley event, please contact your TAP representative, TAP Event Staff, or the Corporate Office. The Rally in the Valley event is held at the Super Billiards Expo, but produced and managed exclusively by the TAP League.
