CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
THE WINDOW for CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS HAS CLOSED
We are no longer issuing refunds for cancellations at this point.
The deadline was originally posted as March 28, 2024
We extended the window until April 1 at Noon.
And then we kept the window open until 8pm.
An email reminder was sent to every registered player on Saturday March 30, and several posts and reels were posted on social media on Saturday and Monday.
See the notice that was posted when Registration opened below:
EFFECTIVE FOR ALL 2024 PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRIES
All cancellation requests MUST BE received 2 weeks before the start of the Expo.
If you do not cancel with a two week notice, your entire entry will be forfeited. Any cancellations or refunds will be processed within two weeks of the conclusion of the Expo, or sooner.
A $25 fee (per entry) will be withdrawn from ALL requested cancellation refunds. If it has been more than 120 days since you paid your registration, an additional 5% fee will be subtracted from your refund.
If you are in the TAP League Rally in the Valley event, please contact your TAP representative, TAP Event Staff, or the Corporate Office. The Rally in the Valley event is held at the Super Billiards Expo, but produced and managed exclusively by the TAP League.
NOTICE REGARDING FORCED CLOSURE & SHUTDOWNS
In the highly unlikely event of another forced government shutdown due to illness, or any other unforeseeable emergency, all entries will be carried over to the next scheduled Super Billiards Expo. If you are unable to attend the newly scheduled dates, you will have 30 days to notify us that you cannot make it, and will receive a a full refund (minus 5% processing fee, that gets forfeited to the credit card companies). These refunds will be processed after the close of the rescheduled show.
If it has been more than 120 days since you paid your registration, an additional 5% fee will be subtracted from your refund.
