HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION POLICY

There is block of hotel rooms at the Scanticon Hotel (above Convention Center) for exhibitors only. For every booth that you reserve, 1 room will be held for you. You will have to make, and pay for, your own reservation AFTER you receive your Exhibitor Confirmation Package, using our room reservation form (this is how the hotel knows you are an approved vendor).

Exhibitor Confirmation Packages are mailed out in the first week of January 2011.

ALL HOTEL ROOMS MUST BE RESERVED BY FEBRUARY 18, 2011.

After that date, we cannot guarantee any rooms in the Scanticon Hotel, and you may have to find accomodations elsewhere.
