There will be a block of hotel rooms held at several hotels for Exhibitors Only: the Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, and the Valley Forge Casino.

Each location has a set number of rooms allocated for Exhibitors Only. The Hilton Garden Inn and the Hampton Inn are both less than one mile from the Oaks Expo Center and are located on the same complex property. For every booth that you reserve, one (1) room will be held for you. You will have to make, and pay for, your own reservation AFTER you receive your Exhibitor Confirmation Package, using our Room Reservation form. This is how the hotel knows you are an approved vendor, and they will cross-check based on a reference list that we provide directly to them.

Exhibitor Confirmation Packages are typically mailed out in early January. We cannot guarantee placement in a specific hotel due to their inventory levels, but we can promise that at least one room will be available (in one of these locations) per booth rental. 

ALL EXHIBITOR HOTEL ROOMS MUST BE RESERVED BY A SPECIFIC DATE .
This date may vary for different hotels, be sure to check your the listings.

After that date, we cannot guarantee any rooms in the host hotels, and you may have to find accomodations elsewhere.
